Refund Policy
If you're not satisfied with IT Assistant Pro within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund your money in full. No questions asked.
To request a refund, use the Email Refund Request link (opens in your mail client) with subject "Refund Request".
- We process refunds within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
- Refunds are not eligible after 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The Free plan does not require a refund — it's free forever.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription anytime. No lock-in period. No penalty.
To cancel:
- Go to Dashboard → Billing
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Confirm cancellation
- Your current billing cycle continues until the end date.
- After the end date, your access is revoked.
- You keep all generated documents and can re-subscribe anytime.
Terms of Service
By using IT Assistant ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
2. Payment Terms
- All paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
- Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- Failed payments may result in suspension of paid features.
3. Refund Terms
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy — a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans.
4. Cancellation Terms
You may cancel anytime per the Cancellation Policy. Access continues through the end of the paid billing cycle.
5. User Responsibilities
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, abusive, or infringing purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or disrupt the Service.
- You are responsible for the content you input and the use of generated outputs.
6. AI-Generated Content
Outputs are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies. Review all outputs before relying on them for business decisions.
7. Liability Limitations
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT Assistant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Data Collection
- Account data: name, email, and authentication identifiers.
- Usage data: inputs, selected methods, generated outputs, and timestamps.
- Payment data: handled by Razorpay; we store only transaction IDs and status.
- Technical data: IP, browser, device for security and analytics.
Data Usage
- To provide and improve the Service.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To communicate updates, support replies, and important notices.
- We do not sell your data to third parties.
- We do not train AI models on your private inputs.
Data Protection
- Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
- Row-level security policies on user data.
- Access restricted to authorized personnel only.
Your Rights
- Access, export, or delete your data anytime from your account.
- Request a full account deletion by emailing support.
- Opt out of marketing communications via unsubscribe links.
